if you haven’t heard john bourke play before, well. you’re missing out. he’s an amazing DJ, and a really nice guy. That, and he’ll play Depeche Mode, followed by some Madonna running directly into “rock the casbah”. which will put any crowd that likes music and was alive in the 80’s into a frenzy. last week was one of the rare moments that i see from time to time in OKC when a DJ will bring a crowd to such an upbeat level, that the throngs of people’s energy will empower you to actually GET OFF YOUR ASS and move.
