let me just say that OHP does NOT like to be cutoff when you are entering the freeway. they do not take kindly to this. Hunter S. Thompson was right about speeding and them following, because THEY WILL. but he was WAY OFF about them taking kindly to the fact that you used your turn signal while exiting said highway while doing 90mph on one of those 25mph uphill off-ramps.
